Job Summary: Supports internal clients in business process optimization by coordinating and developing concrete, feasible improvement proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Use of Power Platform tools, RPA, and continuous improvement methodologies. **Process Improvement Analyst** **\- Veracruz** **LOCATION:** Veracruz, Mexico. **Academic Qualifications** **Level:** Engineering or Bachelor’s degree **Preferred:** Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or related field. **Objective / Purpose** Supports internal clients in business process optimization by coordinating and developing concrete, feasible improvement proposals. **Experience** * Interest in Process Improvement, Project Management, and process optimization. * Experience analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing feasible solutions. * Collaboration with internal clients and cross-functional teams. * Project tracking, task control, and activity prioritization. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyzes process issues and develops solution approaches and action plans. * Records and analyzes improvement areas identified through process analysis. * Conducts conceptual process design, ensuring proper documentation of information. * Supports process transformation initiatives. * Defines performance indicators for process monitoring. * Tracks project progress and identified issues. * Assists in developing communication and training plans, as well as creating new procedures. * Identifies preliminary required changes to application templates and collaborates with Business Applications teams for their development and implementation. **Knowledge** * Process improvement and transformation. * Principles of Project Management. * KPI definition and performance tracking. * Process and procedure documentation. * Process digitalization and automation. * Intermediate English proficiency minimum; advanced level preferred. * Knowledge or experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder). * Experience with RPA, Copilot Studio, and/or Excel macros. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma). **Skills** Attention to detail, analytical thinking, results orientation, prioritization ability, effective communication, collaborative work, creativity and innovation for problem solving, structured approach, adaptability, and proactivity. *Please review the Privacy Notice of Tubos de Acero de México, S.A., available at* *http://www.tenaristamsa.com/avisodeprivacidad/?selected\=post\&post\_id\=3378* *Pursuant to the Federal Labor Law, only individuals aged eighteen years or older will be considered for this position.* If your experience and knowledge match our requirements, please apply **Tenaris is an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity in employment.** *We thank all candidates for their interest, however, only those that match the criteria required for the desired profile will be contacted*.
