We are seeking a Payroll Analyst Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Experience: 2–4 years in payroll processing. * Technical Knowledge: * Current labor and tax legislation * Calculation of taxes and social security contributions * Payroll systems and intermediate/advanced Excel Main Responsibilities: * Process periodic payroll (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) * Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, employer-employee contributions, and withholdings. * Manage payroll incidents * Address employee inquiries regarding payments, receipts, and deductions. * Maintain up-to-date employee information in payroll systems. * Safeguard and handle confidential information with strict adherence to ethics and company policies.
