




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Trainer for stores, responsible for delivering training courses, on-the-job training, and developing content for staff. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of operational training and system usage FIX FERRETERÍAS is a group of self-service establishments specializing in hardware products, with presence across multiple cities in the United Mexican States; for EXPANSION, we seek your talent as: · OPERATIONAL TRAINER – STORES · Requirements: · · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration · · Experience delivering training courses, in-store (operational) training, content development, and administrative control for STPS documentation. · · Monitoring staff operational training in stores, system usage, tasks to be performed, functions, responsibilities, and commitments. · · Proficiency in Excel for report generation. · · Willingness to travel and relocate to various stores across different locations. · · Oversight of 8 to 10 stores. · We Offer: · · Monthly base salary of 16,000 MXN. · · Statutory benefits plus additional benefits (punctuality bonus, productivity bonus, Savings Fund, Savings Box, life insurance) · · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays as required by department operations. · · Work location: Ciudad Juárez, based at a store near your residence.
