Location: - 'Patio Santa FE' shopping center - Parque La Mexicana Position: Assistant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant. Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in quick-service restaurant chains in a similar role is mandatory. (Applications without this requirement will not be considered.) Responsibilities: - Customer service and conflict resolution - Team coordination. - Employee onboarding and training. - Food quality control and preparation. - Inventory management, FIFO, and waste control. - Scheduling staff and assigning tasks per area. - Cash handling, closing procedures, cash audits, and budget control. - Performance indicator analysis. - Suggestive selling and increasing average transaction value. - Implementation and supervision of proper food handling practices. - Decision-making. - Resolution of practical and operational problems. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry in a similar role. * Knowledge of inventory management and personnel management. * Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel. * Proactive. * Responsible. * Leadership skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Desired education level: Upper Secondary – Higher Education Schedule: Rotating - 8-hour workday with rotating shifts.
