Ability to handle difficult customers **CUSTOMER SERVICE – ROLLER SKATING AREA** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Primarily responsible for delivering service to both internal and external customers, supporting various departments, handling cash, inventory control, and cleaning and disinfecting the work area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Ability to handle difficult customers * Selling complementary or additional services * POS system operation * Customer satisfaction oriented * Basic computer skills * High school diploma or technical degree **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Database management * File management * Record control * Customer service **SALARY:** * $ 9,700 monthly * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract; permanent employment status granted after 3 months **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 11:00 am \- 21:00 pm * Monday to Sunday, one weekday day off **LOCATION:** * Av.
