Responsibilities Manage construction projects from initiation through to completion. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work. Analyze progress reports and adjust plans as necessary. Supervise work quality and resolve any issues that arise. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and optimizations. · Requirements Prior experience as a Construction Resident or in similar roles. Knowledge of construction standards and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills and conflict resolution capability.
