Coordinate with internal departments to improve processes ### **Objective** Analyze and improve commercial processes for the hospital channel, ensuring their proper execution and standardization to support achievement of departmental objectives. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze and document commercial processes. * Monitor the execution of processes and policies. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. * Prepare departmental reports and performance indicators. * Coordinate with internal departments to improve processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 2 years of experience in process analysis or commercial areas. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is preferred. ### **Competencies** * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Organizational skills * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset ### **We Offer** * Base salary: **$25,800 gross** per month. * Savings fund: **6%** of base salary. * Meal vouchers: **$1,300** MXN per month. * Vacation days in accordance with applicable law. * **15** days' salary as year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * **25%** vacation premium. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Life insurance (upon permanent hiring) (after 3 months). * SGMM health insurance (for employee and children) (upon permanent hiring). * **MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK SCHEDULE** If you meet the profile, apply through this channel
