Verifiable employment stability. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online chat. Quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. Record and keep database information up to date. Collaborate with other departments to resolve special cases or escalate when necessary. Propose improvements to customer service processes to optimize service.
