A prominent company specializing in Human Capital services seeks a Tax Lawyer Main Responsibilities • Advising on compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations. • Analyzing and applying current tax legislation, as well as administrative criteria and jurisprudence. • Drafting and reviewing legal opinions, expert reports, and tax strategies. • Representing the company or its clients in proceedings before tax authorities. • Preparing and following up on administrative appeals, annulment lawsuits, and amparo actions related to tax matters. • Handling audits, reviews, and requests from tax authorities. • Collaborating with accounting and finance departments to ensure proper tax interpretation of business operations. • Monitoring changes in tax legislation and communicating their impact. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license). • Specialization, diploma, or master’s degree in Tax Law. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tax law. • Solid knowledge of the Federal Tax Code, Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and tax procedures.
