




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to efficiently manage the procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the procurement process and negotiate with suppliers. 2. Evaluate and select strategic suppliers. 3. Control budgets and optimize resources. Objective Efficiently manage the procurement process by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure optimal price, quality, and availability of materials and supplies. Responsibilities As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Negotiating prices, delivery times, and commercial terms with suppliers. * Ensuring timely supply at construction sites. * Evaluating and selecting strategic suppliers. * Controlling budgets and optimizing resources. * Conducting ongoing market research for supplies. * Preparing reports, cost centers, and consolidated summaries. Requirements To succeed in this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain management. * Budget management and cost control experience. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry.
