We are therefore seeking your talent to join the Unitech University family—we are confident you will contribute significantly to our outstanding team. **EDUCATIONAL COLLECTION ADVISOR** Requirements: Age: 20–35 years old Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in accounting Experience: 1 year in a similar telephone collection role (non-Fintech), providing customer service. Responsibilities: * Advise students on applying for financial aid and provide timely payment follow-up. * Continuously monitor overdue accounts to recover unpaid tuition fees and track the collection process. * Conduct administrative collections starting from an overdue tuition fee. * Review payments in the system and/or request payment proof from students experiencing payment issues to close the process. * Schedule interviews with students having overdue tuition fees. * Prepare reports on outcomes related to study financing and account recovery. * Draft Administrative Withdrawal Notices (due to non-payment). * Explain institutional regulations, policies, and required procedures to students (e.g., attendance justification, temporary withdrawal, etc.). * Verify that students have completed all required institutional procedures. * Identify students eligible for re-enrollment. **Competencies and Skills:** Teamwork Customer service orientation Assertive communication Problem-solving **We Offer:** Direct employment by the University 100% formal employment scheme Bonus \+ Commission Academic scholarships Work location: Colonia del Valle.
