




Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator responsible for personnel administration, payroll, severance settlements, and fulfillment of obligations before key institutions, utilizing advanced Excel skills and managing confidential information. Responsibilities: Operation of information systems and office software packages (advanced Excel, document management). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Supervision of personnel administration (personnel files, attendance incidents, employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding). Follow-up on payroll, severance settlement, and employee separation processes. Management of compliance requirements with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field (no psychology-related profiles). 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, personnel administration, labor relations, and/or incident management.
