REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB) / Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical and Industrial Chemistry (QFI) / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Professional degree, professional license, and COFEPRIS registration as Sanitary Responsible (desirable) Knowledge of oncology compounding preparation in laminar flow hoods; applicable health regulations (NOM-249-SSA1, NOM-059-SSA1, Mexican Pharmacopoeia); pharmacovigilance; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); safe handling of cytotoxic agents. Advanced Excel, pharmaceutical traceability systems, hospital ERP systems. Diploma or certification in intravenous and/or pharmaceutical oncology compounding (mandatory). Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (desirable). Experience in preparing oncology intravenous admixtures, hospital compounding centers, hospital pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industry with focus on sterile products. Monday to Friday, daytime shift, with availability for travel to hospital units during the implementation phase.
