We are seeking your talent as an Accounts Payable Assistant: RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of payment proposals, reconciliation and offsetting of supplier balances, and matching of accounts payable. Management of payments processed through treasury and cleanup of supplier and creditor portfolios. Requesting, reconciling, and safeguarding payment complements; administration and control of credit card portals. Management of supplier and creditor provisions; invoice management—including receipt, review, and registration; reconciliation and offsetting of payments. KNOWLEDGE: ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred). Proficiency in CONTPAQi, Enkontrol, or ORACLE. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required).
