We are growing and looking for people who want to build something great with us. **WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?** You are the person who ensures projects are delivered as promised. You supervise PMs, anticipate risks before they escalate, and serve as the client’s direct point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle. You do not write code, but you understand software development well enough to assess whether deliverables meet the client’s requirements. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Supervise and hold PMs accountable for meeting deadlines, scope, and quality on each project. * Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions before they impact the client. * Validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria prior to presenting them to the client. * Serve as the client’s primary point of contact from Kickoff through Go\-Live. * Keep the client informed of project progress clearly and promptly. * Resolve escalations when the PM can no longer contain them, before they reach senior management. * Manage scope changes: document them, assess their impact, and formally communicate them. * Report weekly to the COO on project status (traffic-light system), risks, and ongoing actions. **WHAT YOU NEED** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in software development or digital services companies. * Experience managing direct client relationships and validating technical deliverables. * Knowledge of agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban. * Proficiency with Jira, Monday, or Trello. * Advanced English (minimum B2 level). * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. **NICE TO HAVE** * PMP, PMI\-ACP, or Scrum Master certification. * Prior experience in QA or functional analysis. * Experience simultaneously managing teams of PMs. WHAT WE OFFER * Hybrid work model · Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. * Company laptop and mobile phone. * High-impact role with direct visibility to the Operations Director.
