Job Summary: We are seeking a Finishing Technician to install, repair, and maintain finishes on floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as perform preventive and corrective work. Key Highlights: 1. Performs maintenance of finishes on floors, walls, and ceilings 2. Responsible for preventive and corrective work indoors and outdoors 3. Assists with general maintenance and reports damages **Finishing Technician** **Location**: Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City **Salary**: $12,000 monthly base pay \+ statutory benefits **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 12:00–21:00 hrs * Saturday: 09:00–13:00 hrs **Minimum Education**: Junior High School **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Basic masonry knowledge * Experience handling drywall and Durock * Installation of stone and ceramic tile (preferred) * Surface preparation for painting * Application of paint, enamels, and sealers * Use of hand and power tools **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation, repair, and patching * Maintenance of finishes on floors, walls, and ceilings * Preventive and corrective work indoors and outdoors * Reporting of damages and follow-up on work orders * General maintenance support
