Job Summary: Provide comprehensive technical support to ensure the proper operation of hospital equipment used for on-site treatment of Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (BIHW), including diagnosis, repair, maintenance, optimization, documentation, and personnel supervision. Training and supervision of technical and operational staff **Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive technical support to ensure the proper operation of hospital equipment used in the **on-site treatment of Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (BIHW)**, through diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and optimization of such equipment, as well as preparation of technical-operational documentation and supervision of technical and operational personnel. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Diagnosis and repair of malfunctions** in hospital equipment used for on-site BIHW treatment. * **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of equipment, both at hospitals where the equipment is installed, at storage warehouses, and at new healthcare institution installations requiring service provision. * **Preparation of technical and administrative documents**, such as reports, operational manuals, maintenance logs, among others. * **Optimization of technical processes**, contributing to improved efficiency and functionality of equipment and associated services. * **Training and supervision of technical and operational staff**, ensuring correct equipment operation and compliance with technical and safety protocols. * **Handling other job-related activities** within the technical department, according to operational needs and company objectives, including responding to emergencies or unforeseen events outside regular working hours or on non-working days.
