Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor responsible for coordinating and training staff, as well as scheduling and supervising cleaning tasks across various common areas of a condominium. Inspection and evaluation of task completion **We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate cleaning personnel * Train staff * Develop and implement work routines and schedules to assign cleaning personnel to different common areas of the condominium (Gym, Event Halls, Barbecue Areas, Bar, Swimming Pools, Elevators, Parking Lots, Guard Booths, Lobbies, etc.) * Monitor progress and submit corresponding reports * Inspect and evaluate task performance by personnel under supervision * Maintain order in equipment and work areas, reporting any anomalies. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Cleaning Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
