We seek individuals with impeccable technique, speed, and commitment to the excellence demanded by the *Fine Dining* concept. **Responsibilities by Position:** **1. Line Cooking:** * Preparation and plating of main dishes, strictly adhering to brand recipes and standards. * Control of cooking times (proteins and seafood) and temperature management. * Maintenance of order and deep cleaning of the cooking line. * **Operational Management:** Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in flavor and presentation. * **Cost Administration:** Inventory control, menu engineering, and waste optimization to maintain profitability. * **Leadership:** Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a disciplined and professional environment. * **Hygiene Standards:** Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (Distintivo H / Norma 251\). * **Innovation:** Collaborate on developing seasonal specials and standardizing recipes. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 verifiable year** of experience in restaurant kitchens operating under the *Fine Dining* concept (Cook). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 to 5 years** as Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef in **Fine Dining** restaurants. * **Technical Knowledge:** Hygienic food handling (Norma 251\), proper use of knives and kitchen equipment. * **Skills:** Ability to work consistently under pressure, attention to detail, discipline, and excellent communication with front-of-house staff. * **Attitude:** Passion for service and willingness for continuous learning. **We Offer:** * Prompt base salary. * Attractive tipping scheme. * Ongoing training. **Selection Process:** We are scheduling interviews for immediate hiring.
