Leading work teams and ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries ***Warehouse Manager*** REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related degree. * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Experience in national-level route planning * Knowledge of cargo volume calculation (cubing) * Experience managing both owned and third-party vehicle fleets * Knowledge of traffic laws * Experience in monitoring and routing * Familiarity with local and national routes across the entire Mexican Republic * Experience in warehouse management, inventory reconciliation and adjustments * KPI management skills * Experience leading work teams * ERP system proficiency Responsibilities: * Coordinate warehouse and logistics operations to meet delivery schedules * Coordinate product receipt * Manage and coordinate inventories * Ensure warehouse process efficiency * Guarantee inventory reliability * Control execution of inventories (cyclic, annual, etc.) * Ensure proper and timely cargo loading * Assign routes according to requirements * Source and negotiate with third-party transportation providers * Analyze transportation modes and routes * Ensure on-time deliveries * Ensure high-quality deliveries Interested candidates should apply through this channel with an updated CV Salary: $24,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
