Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet and Operations Analyst to manage client communication, fleet tracking, and vendor coordination at Leasy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous communication and advisory support to clients 2. Fleet tracking and management for the company 3. Coordination with strategic partners and insurance companies At Leasy, a company providing vehicle financing, we are looking for a professional with experience in OPERATIONS to assume the role of: **Fleet and Operations Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Maintain continuous communication and advisory support to clients. * Timely update the database for fleet tracking purposes. * Monitor the status of the company’s fleet and take appropriate actions to meet company objectives. * Coordinate with strategic partners and/or vendors to maintain timelines and costs within control. * Support preparation of new and used units in inventory. * Coordinate with insurance companies regarding fleet accident claims. **Requirements** * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and/or logistics teams. * Intermediate\-Advanced Excel proficiency **Benefits** \- Statutory benefits \- 12 additional vacation days in the first year \- A day off during your birthday week **Location:** Masaryk 17, Polanco V Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX On\-site, Monday to Friday 9 am \- 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am \- 2 pm Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your gross monthly salary expectation? * Are you available for on\-site work? * What is your Excel proficiency level? * Do you have fleet experience?
