Position Summary: Sodexo is seeking a Junior Cleaning Supervisor to organize, train, and supervise night-shift cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with standards and proper use of resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and assignment of cleaning staff tasks 2. Training on cleaning procedures and standards 3. Monitoring compliance with routines, hygiene, and safety SODEXO, A LEADING QUALITY SERVICES COMPANY, IS SEEKING A JUNIOR CLEANING SUPERVISOR (for night-shift cleaning staff) WORK LOCATION: Metepec, State of Mexico Responsibilities: * Organize and assign daily cleaning tasks to staff (or assist with cleaning duties when necessary) * Distribute cleaning products, equipment, and machinery * Verify correct usage of products, equipment, and machinery * Monitor time management and adherence to routines * Train new staff on procedures and standards * Track attendance, schedules, and shift assignments * Report incidents, absences, or needs to the supervisor or management * Maintain records of tasks, supplies, and equipment * Request replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards * Supervise use of PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) Employment Offer: * Net weekly salary: $2,822 * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers: $1,400 * Life insurance * Two paid personal days per year * Annual school bonus: $350 * Annual Christmas bonus: $350 Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with two weekdays off Interested candidates should send their CV to Miriam.Gallarza@sodexo.com or apply through this platform.
