Position Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Projects Coordinator with experience in construction supervision, personnel management, and maintenance project administration for the facilities of Universidad Insurgentes. Personnel management and preparation of executive reports UNIVERSIDAD INSURGENTES Hiring Infrastructure Projects Coordinator **Requirements:** ** Age:** 30 to 45 years **Education:**  Architect, Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer **Knowledge:**  Masonry supervision  Electrical supervision  Plumbing, painting, general repairs, office cleaning, and restroom maintenance supervision.  Excellent customer service orientation  Strong sense of urgency  Disciplined  Punctual, honest, and proactive  Teamwork skills  AutoCAD proficiency (70%)  Experience in space design.  Cost and budget management.  Unit price management  Knowledge of civil works **Skills:**  Personnel management  Frustration tolerance  Ability to work under pressure  Proactive attitude **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in the field **Responsibilities:** Preparation of executive reports and monitoring of administrative performance indicators; Project administration covering quotations, contracts, concessions, general services, supervision, and administration of preventive and corrective maintenance programs; personnel management and preparation of facility reports for Universidad Insurgentes campuses.
