Direct student support and use of educational technology **Join our team at Universidad ICEL!** We are looking for a passionate **Academic Coordinator of Nursing**, committed to educational excellence and administrative management, to join our campus. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (**Title and Professional License mandatory**). * **Advanced Degree:** Master’s degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, or Health Services (**Title and Professional License**). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in academic coordination roles or similar positions, or clinical coordination experience. * **Knowledge:** Educational planning, curriculum design, management platforms (Power Campus preferred), group facilitation, and hospital area regulations. **Your main challenges will include:** * Coordinating the implementation of the educational model and study plans. * Managing academic planning (schedules, faculty assignment, and workload allocation in the PwC system). * Supervising faculty performance and conducting technical evaluations/sample classes. * Ensuring proper use of laboratories and *Live Digital Education* (LDE) technology. * Providing direct support to students and their families. * Preparing faculty payroll reports. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly salary:** $10,000 \- $12,000 MXN. * **Year-end bonus:** 30 days (exceeding legal requirements!). * **Statutory benefits:** IMSS coverage from day one, vacation time, and vacation premium. * **Additional benefits:** ICEL educational scholarships, paid training, and job stability. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Do you meet the profile?** Apply now through this channel and attach your updated CV!
