Support in purchasing, collecting, and inspecting materials An automotive company is seeking: **PROCUREMENT INTERN (procurement and quotations)** If you are looking to fulfill your professional internship requirements, internships, or social service obligations; if you are passionate about administration and skilled in communication and procurement process management, this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Support in preparation and tracking of purchase orders. * Requesting and comparing quotations with suppliers. * Support in purchasing, collecting, and inspecting materials, as well as tracking deliveries of materials and services. * Updating supplier database. * Document control and archiving (invoices, purchase orders, quotations). **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in ERP platforms. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Ability to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles (cars and pickup trucks). * Familiarity with invoices. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in final semesters/quarters with coursework completion scheduled for June 2027\. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Valid driver’s license *(mandatory).* * Optional insurance *(mandatory).* **We Offer:** * Professional internship, social service, or internship program completion. * Study support: **$4,000\.00 per month** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** Salary: $4,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Free parking Application Question(s): * Are you able to operate both automatic and standard transmission vehicles?
