Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Analyst to verify compliance with the maintenance management system, calculate indicators, and provide administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation management for maintenance audits We are a leading company in the Graphic Arts manufacturing sector; and we are currently seeking talent for the position of ***Maintenance Analyst.*** ***Objective:*** Verify compliance with activities required for proper operation of the maintenance management system. Calculate area indicators weekly based on data entered into the maintenance management system. Provide administrative support for requests in the selected ERP system. ***Education:*** * Engineering or technical degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field. ***Schedule:*** \- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm ***Experience:*** · Minimum 1 year of experience as Maintenance Engineer/Technician in industrial maintenance is desirable. **Knowledge:** · Mechanical knowledge · Electronics knowledge · Knowledge of machinery, tools, and spare parts · Knowledge and handling of KPIs ***Tools and/or Machinery to be used:*** * PC, Office Word, Office Excel (Intermediate) * \-Desirable\- Basic SAP knowledge * \-Desirable\- Knowledge of \-any\- maintenance management software (MPS preferred) ***Responsibilities:*** * Document periodic preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and infrastructure in the maintenance management system (MPS). * Track and monitor maintenance activity reports and their impact on indicators. * Manage supporting documentation for activities performed to meet audit requirements. * Provide administrative support for spare parts and service requests in the ERP system. * Monitor KPI compliance * Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports for the department. * Perform specific data analysis as requested by Management and Coordination. ***Skills and Requirements:*** * Assertive communication * Quality and Continuous Improvement * Self-management * Teamwork and collaboration * Orientation toward internal and external customers * Results-oriented * Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency. *Competitive Net Salary \+ Weekly Payment \+ Cafeteria Service \+ Full Statutory Benefits.* Work Location: Naucalpan de Juárez, Lázaro Cárdenas, San José de los Leones \#9\.
