At *Sushi Roll*, we are looking for a *Sushi Chef* to join our sushi bar. *What will be your challenges?* - Preparation of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty items according to brand standards. - Mastery of fish cutting and knife handling. - Cleaning, disinfection, and preparation of ingredients (production).
