Responsibilities: * Responsible for each step involved in preparing sweet dishes and desserts, from handling **raw materials** to completing the final product. * All cake preparation operations, including ingredient mixing, **dough** preparation, **cream** creation, product shaping, baking and cooking, decoration, and designing original styles. * Sourcing ingredients and supplies, as well as managing inventory control. * Handling kitchen utensils efficiently while exercising appropriate caution to prevent accidents. Requirements: * 2 or more years of experience as a Pastry Chef/Baker * Openness to innovation * Proactivity toward excellence * Quality and professionalism * Service orientation * Attention to detail.
