Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full lifecycle of security personnel, from recruitment through training coordination and labor conflict resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mass recruitment and personnel selection screening. 2. File management, onboarding, offboarding, and training coordination. 3. Handling labor relations and incidents for payroll calculation. Main Responsibilities * **Mass Recruitment:** Design strategies to consistently attract security guards. * **Selection Screening:** Administer psychometric tests, socioeconomic studies, and trust assessments. * **File Control:** Assemble and update legal and medical documents required by private security laws. * **Onboarding and Offboarding Management:** Process registrations with regulatory authorities (e.g., obtaining the Unique Police Identification Card or local registrations). * **Training:** Coordinate mandatory induction courses, use-of-force training, civil protection, and human rights education. * **Incident Tracking:** Report absences, tardiness, disabilities, and overtime shifts for payroll calculation. * **Labor Relations:** Handle resignations, contract terminations, final settlements, and mediate internal conflicts. * **Uniform Distribution:** Coordinate delivery of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and work tools. Profile and Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in the private security sector or in companies handling large-scale labor forces. * **Legal Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law, local/federal private security regulations, and IMSS procedures. * **Soft Skills:** Frustration tolerance, negotiation ability, sense of urgency, and assertive communication.
