Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager with carpentry experience to coordinate activities, production, and personnel, including operation of CNC machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of time, activities, and production in carpentry 2. Personnel management in the carpentry workshop 3. Operation and programming of CNC, automatic, and semi-automatic machines Furniture Factory is looking for: ***Carpentry Workshop Manager*** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a workshop manager in a carpentry shop * Personnel management experience (must have coordinated at least 20 employees) * Education: Engineering degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience * Knowledge of CNC, automatic, and semi-automatic cutting machines (operation and programming) **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of time, activities, and production * Personnel management **Offers:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM – 1 PM * Weekly salary: $3,500 to $4,000 MXN (based on experience and qualifications) * Statutory benefits **Location:** El Castillo, Salto, Jal., between 20 de Noviembre and Carretera el Salto. \#Apply!
