Due to expansion, we are hiring: **Boiler Technician (Critical Systems)** Requirements: * **Education**: Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, or related technical degree * **Schedule**: 12x12 shift pattern * **Gender**: Not specified * **Work location: El Salto Industrial Zone** * **Availability to rotate shifts** **1–2 years of experience in:** **PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:** * Good Manufacturing Practices * Good Documentation Practices * Standard Operating Procedures in the industry * Safety and hygiene regulations * Dress code and conduct regulations * Use of personal protective equipment * Handling of reagents and chemical substances **Knowledge in:** * Problem-solving * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electricity * Completion of operation, cleaning, and maintenance logbooks * Operation and handling of measurement instruments * International System of Units and conversions to other measurement systems * Document drafting * Handling and operation of hand tools * Interpretation of blueprints and diagrams * Thermal and thermodynamic machines * Operation and maintenance of boilers and steam generators * Medium-voltage electrical installations and equipment **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork * Initiative * Creativity / Innovation * Planning and organization * Compliance with regulations * Effective communication **Job Responsibilities and Functions** * Execution and documentation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks. * Order, cleanliness, and lubrication. * Execution of equipment, machine, system, and service shutdowns and startups. * Reporting to supervisor any shortages of supplies required for equipment operation. * Ensuring proper functioning of assigned services. * Diagnosing and repairing equipment. * Replacing worn components and parts. * Replacing mechanical components. * Conducting functional tests on equipment. * Sampling and analysis to determine operational parameters of the provided service. **We Offer:** Monthly nominal salary: $21,000.00 / Weekly payment (Friday) Direct employment by the company * Statutory benefits from day one, plus additional benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * 26% vacation premium * 7.5% food vouchers * Free transportation service * 13 vacation days, salary increases * Short-term career growth * 9 paid leave days per year * Transportation financial assistance Employment type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Employee referral program * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
