




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with experience in purchasing, supply chain, and supplier management, with a focus on negotiation and logistics coordination. Education: Technical degree or undergraduate student. Suggested fields of study: Business Administration or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management. Experience in purchase order tracking, negotiation, and coordination with logistics/warehouse. Required technical knowledge: ERP system proficiency. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Data analysis. Knowledge of procurement processes and purchase order reconciliation. Main responsibilities: Assess the need to procure versus utilizing inventory per agreements. Place purchase orders timely and accurately, including agreed prices, discounts, and terms. Monitor lead times and confirm compliance. Monitor backorders and reconcile supplier databases. Verify with warehouse correct material receipt in the system. Coordinate material release with Planning and Logistics (payments, special conditions, customer receipt). Negotiate with suppliers regarding delays, shortages, or production/quality changes. Track issuance, receipt, and application of supplier credit notes and credit notes generated due to warehouse product issues. General requirements: Quick decision-making. Effective communication.
