Job Summary: Responsible for updating warehouse records, controlling inventory, and ensuring the order and location of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages warehouse receipts and shipments using SAP. 2. Controls inventory and ensures material organization. 3. Verifies goods and coordinates with procurement. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete university degree with a title in administration or logistics-related fields. * Technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable prior experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of warehouse receipts and shipments. * SAP knowledge. * Inventory control. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of warehouse receipts and shipments in the system, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring proper order, cleanliness, and location of all materials under custody. 1\. Enters all item receipts and shipments into the SAP system. 2\. Compares purchase orders with supplier invoices. 3\. Maintains the warehouse file updated and in good condition, including delivery vouchers, charge vouchers, and their electronic backups. 4\. Completes the FCE form. 5\. Reports stock shortages to procurement. 1\. Receives ordered goods and delivers them promptly to internal customers, while tracking and locating items in inventory. 2\. Verifies that received goods are in good condition, with no damage or shortages. If a package is incomplete, damaged, or otherwise defective, notifies the procurement department (in writing), describing the damage or shortage and arranging for appropriate replacements. 3\. Conducts biweekly and monthly physical inventories based on reports and minimum required supply controls per department. 4\. Performs cycle counts. 5\.
