Firmness and empathy with the team We are a hospital group, and due to our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, teamwork capability, and leadership over their work team. **NURSING MANAGER** * REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid professional license * PREFERRED: Specialization or diploma certification * Experience managing teams, including shift scheduling, on-call duties, leave management, vacation planning, payroll review, training, and continuing education * We seek to integrate a leader who is firm yet empathetic with their team, implements or improves processes, and maintains strong relationships and communication with other hospital staff. * Base salary: $26,000.00 – $35,000.00 gross monthly, commensurate with experience * Full-time schedule * Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus * 5% monthly transportation allowance * Statutory benefits If you are a leader your team can trust and you can develop your team, do not hesitate to apply through this channel.
