Full job description Veterinary hospital is seeking: RECEPTIONIST General responsibilities: - Register client and patient (pet) records in the system. - Record the channel through which new clients arrived at the hospital. - Schedule appointments appropriately according to each veterinarian's availability. - Confirm appointments one day prior and record such confirmations in the system. - Prepare daily sales summaries and reports. - Record and process payments for services rendered in the system. - Provide customer service via telephone, electronic means, and in person. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a receptionist. - Mandatory experience with point-of-sale terminals and cash handling. - Customer service skills and crisis management ability. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management.
