Knowledge of physicochemical analysis and good laboratory practices We are a leading company in the manufacturing of detergents and sanitizers for the food industry, seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our quality assurance team. **Laboratory Assistant Position** We seek a candidate passionate about laboratory work, organized, and highly motivated to learn. Candidates should possess knowledge of laboratory analysis (primarily physicochemical), good laboratory practices, laboratory logbook management, and chemistry fundamentals. **Job Responsibilities** \- Daily logbook management \- Responding to quality-related requests \- Verifying compliance of raw materials and finished products \- Conducting physicochemical analyses \- Adhering to good laboratory practices \- Analyzing new products \- Maintaining laboratory order and cleanliness **Requirements** \- Academic background: Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fields; or Technical Degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Technician, or related fields. \- Age: 19 years or older \- Experience: Minimum 1 year working in a laboratory \- Additional knowledge: Computer skills, analytical chemistry, good laboratory practices, physicochemical chemical analysis. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM **We Offer** \- Statutory benefits \- 22 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) \- Employee discount on company products \- Birthday leave day \- School supply support for employees' children Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free uniforms Education: * Completed higher technical degree (Preferred) Experience: * Laboratory: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
