Opportunities for professional growth and performance recognition SYSTEMS ENGINEER Cenacer Negocios | Celaya, Guanajuato | On-site | Full-time Department: Systems and Operations Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Salary: $15,000–$18,000 depending on experience and performance Statutory Benefits JOB PURPOSE The Systems Engineer is responsible for building, integrating, and automating CENACER NEGOCIOS’ entire technological infrastructure. You join a rapidly growing company where processes exist but are not yet connected or automated — and your role is to change that. Your first task is to understand how the company operates, identify where time, information, or money is being lost due to lack of automation, and propose the most suitable system to resolve it. You do not execute orders from a manual — you think, propose, and build. Everything you build must work reliably, scale as the company grows, and remain sustainable without requiring your constant presence to operate. You report directly to the COO. REQUIRED PROFILE Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in automation, system integrations, or technological infrastructure within digital companies — not in industrial or traditional software environments. Proven experience implementing CRMs and connecting digital platforms. Portfolio or concrete case studies required during the interview. Experience with no-code and low-code tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar. Knowledge of APIs and webhooks — ability to connect platforms lacking native integration. Experience with digital education platforms, e-commerce, or membership-based businesses. Technical Knowledge Workflow automation: Make, Zapier, n8n, or other tools. Platform integration: Kajabi, Stripe, WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace. CRM: selection, configuration, and implementation — familiarity with at least two market options. Basic or intermediate programming: JavaScript, Python, or similar. Databases: basic SQL or Airtable proficiency. Clear technical documentation tailored for non-technical audiences. Skills and Attitude Strategic thinking: before building, you understand the problem. Evidence-based proposals: you present options, pros, cons, and a clear recommendation. Simplicity-oriented: you build systems any team member can operate. Documentation discipline: everything you implement is thoroughly documented. Tolerance for ambiguity: you navigate environments where processes are still being defined. Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders — you work directly with the COO.
