Management and achievement of KPI indicators RED MOVI AT&T IS SEEKING: “BRANCH MANAGER” REQUIREMENTS - Completed high school diploma / Incomplete bachelor's degree. - Minimum experience: 2–5 years in a similar position. - Extensive experience and passion for sales: Telecommunications and/or ICTs. - Leadership: supervision of work teams. - KPI indicator management. - Flexible schedule availability: Monday to Sunday (rotating days off, including weekdays and weekends). - Work location: Plaza Bl Comcenters Juriquilla RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate the executive team through weekly meetings and daily activity agenda reviews. - Achieve various KPIs with at least 90% effectiveness. - Validate the quality of executives’ sales. - Ensure correct compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. - Ensure proper use of tools assigned to sales points.
