This position requires a strong safety orientation, commitment to quality standards, and willingness to work in a dynamic production environment. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a demanding industrial setting, closely collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with critical standards and processes.#### **What You’ll Do** * Perform physical and chemical tests according to established analytical methods. * Record results in SAP and maintain data traceability. * Label finished products (sealants and surface treatments). * Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. * Comply with SHEQ standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001; IATF preferred). * Maintain laboratory order and cleanliness, manage retention samples. * Support complaint investigations together with Quality Engineers. * Train internal customers on SHEQ topics. * Identify opportunities for improvement in quality processes. * Develop and report formulation tests and regulatory change assessments. #### **What Makes You a Great Candidate** * Degree in Chemical Process Engineering or a technical degree in Metrology and Quality. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industry (automotive industry preferred). * Technical knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, ISO and SHEQ standards. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in quality tools (Quality Core Tools). * Incident investigation and root cause analysis (Root Cause Analysis). * Knowledge of SHEQ management systems and international standards (ISO, IATF). * Application of HACCP principles. * Focus on sustainability and environmental impact assessment. * Risk assessment (Risk Assessment, HAZOP). * Occupational health and safety. * Quality methodologies such as Six Sigma and DMAIC. #### **Some Benefits of Joining Henkel** * Global wellness standards with healthcare and preventive programs. * Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks. * Employee Stock Purchase Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching contributions. * Flexible Benefits. * On-site cafeteria. * Savings Fund.
