General support in various facility-related activities **MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING POSITION VACANCY** **Objective**: Facility maintenance and inspection, general support assistance. **Requirements:** driver's license, basic plumbing knowledge. **Age:** 20 to 45 years old. **Minimum Education:** Secondary education. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years handling facility maintenance and cleaning of common areas. **Knowledge:** Property maintenance. Maintenance of halls and corridors. Maintenance of kitchens and common areas. Operation of drills and electrical and plumbing tools. Driver's License **Responsibilities:** Maintenance of courtyards and common areas. Maintenance of halls and corridors. Reading gas, electricity, and water meter levels. Maintenance of seating. General support. Position Type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing secondary education (Preferred) Experience: * Cleaning: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
