Job Summary: Provide comprehensive, high-quality care to children, supporting their development and well-being in accordance with IMSS regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive care and attention for children under 6 years old 2. Implementation of pedagogical and recreational activities 3. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team **Job Objective** Provide children with high-quality, warm, and rights-respecting care during childcare activities, as well as support other pedagogical activities to foster holistic child development in compliance with IMSS regulations. **Essential Requirements:** Apply only if you hold one of the following qualifications: * Completed High School (official academic transcript) * Technical Professional in Childcare, Technical Professional in Education, or Technical Professional in Early Childhood Care (degree certificate or professional license, letter of completion confirming 100% credits fulfilled, or certificate of program completion) * Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Sciences or Basic Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Childcare, Psychopedagogy, or Pedagogy * Bachelor’s Degree in Inclusive Education or Early Childhood Education * **MANDATORY:** Minimum 6 months of work experience in caring for children under 6 years old. Professional internships or social service performed at an educational institution may be counted as valid work experience. * **Work Schedules: Shift T1: 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM; Shift T2: 3:00 PM to 11:45 PM** **Main Responsibilities** * Safely receive and hand over children. * Assist with feeding, hygiene, and diaper changes. * Supervise rest periods and sleep habits. * Continuously monitor children’s physical and emotional safety. * Implement age-appropriate pedagogical and recreational activities. * Supervise children’s feeding, health, and overall care. * Stimulate motor, cognitive, social, and emotional development. * Participate in play-based activities, singing, reading, and learning exercises. * Collaborate with teachers, nursing staff, and support personnel. * Comply with IMSS regulations and guidelines. **Desirable Additional Experience:** * Experience undergoing IMSS audits or inspections * Knowledge of IMSS daycare regulations and operational procedures * Prior experience in daycares, preschools, maternal centers, or childcare facilities * Ability to work under pressure and within a multidisciplinary team Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $9,500.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education Requirement: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
