Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Position Description** -------------------------- As a Nutritionist, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable experience to guests. Your primary focus will include performing various key tasks, scheduling facility usage, and maintaining and providing equipment for sports events or recreational activities. Additionally, you will operate entertainment and amusement concessions, ensuring a fun and safe environment for our visitors. **Position Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Perform a variety of support tasks across our recreational facilities, ensuring efficient operations and guest satisfaction. * Schedule recreational facility usage, coordinating reservations and managing availability to maximize utilization. * Maintain and provide equipment for various events or recreational activities, ensuring equipment is safe and properly stored when not in use. * Operate concessions and events, adhering to safety procedures and delivering exceptional customer service. * Act as a leader, coordinating team members’ work and fostering a collaborative environment. * Maintain a clean and well-organized facility, enforcing facility policies and regulations as needed. * Address any guest inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently, delivering a memorable experience for facility guests. * Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires experience across a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and substantial on-the-job experience. * Typically acts as a leader, coordinating others’ work but not serving as a supervisor. * Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. * Has 4–5 years of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Business acumen Advocating for guest needs Self-development Impact Interpersonal skills Functional job knowledge Leadership Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration Accountability**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
