**Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of safety regulations. * Minimum **2 to 3 years of experience** in industrial safety on construction sites or energy projects, preferably **photovoltaic** or electrical. * Experience in HSE document management and contractor oversight. **Specific activities in photovoltaic projects:** * Supervise structural assembly work, panel installation, and high-altitude wiring. * Monitor safety conditions under climatic factors (wind, solar radiation, rain). * Coordinate inspections of tools, scaffolding, lifelines, and harnesses. * Ability to deliver safety training sessions and safety talks. * Preparation of reports and logbooks. * Ability to handle emergency situations. * Results-oriented with commitment to regulatory compliance. * Applicable safety, health, and environmental standards. * Manage work permits for high-altitude work, lifting operations, confined spaces, welding, and electrical work. * Maintain documentary control of reports, logbooks, training records, and incident records.
