Personnel management, organization, and leadership An 18-story luxury high-rise residential development seeks a **Facilities Resident** with experience in supervising and executing plumbing, stormwater, and HVAC installations in high-rise construction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of plumbing, stormwater, and HVAC installations in high-rise construction. * Coordinate contractors and installation crews on-site. * Verify quality, compliance with project specifications and regulations. * Track construction schedules and daily progress. * Review drawings, engineering documents, and ensure correct on-site execution. * Identify and resolve interferences among disciplines. * Conduct tests and operational reviews of installations. * Prepare progress reports and activity control reports. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facilities Resident in high-rise construction. * Knowledge of plumbing, stormwater, and air conditioning systems. * Experience in luxury residential projects. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and engineering documents. * Personnel management and contractor coordination experience. * Organizational skills, leadership, and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits.
