Description
Execute, monitor, and record the company's daily financial operations, ensuring proper management of electronic banking, precise control of accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank transaction reconciliations, and expense oversight, in order to maintain organizational liquidity and financial health.
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (preferred), Business Administration, Finance, or related field (degree holder or intern).
* **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years in similar roles within treasury, finance, or accounting departments.
* Advanced proficiency in **electronic banking platforms** (corporate portals for disbursements, transfers, bulk payments, etc.).
* Solid knowledge of **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)** processes.
* Proven experience in **bank reconciliations** and identification of in-transit items.
* Control, verification, and internal audit of **expenses and petty cash**.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate–advanced Excel: pivot tables, financial formulas).
Salary: $8,171.80 – $15,588.11 per month
