Opportunity for development We are looking for a General Accountant with solid experience in public accounting firms or diverse economic activities, preferably with expertise in construction and project accounting, who wishes to join a professional and growing team. **Job Objective** Ensure reliable, organized, and regulation-compliant accounting, guaranteeing timely and accurate tax compliance. Optimize accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate the team to generate accurate and timely financial statements. **Responsibilities** * Supervise accounting records in Contpaq and validate journal entries. * Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement). * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Supervise invoicing, validate CFDIs, and control income. * Review bank reconciliations and account reconciliations (suppliers, customers, advances, and taxes). * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. * Implement and improve internal controls and supporting documentation. * Support internal and external audits, as well as tax-related requirements. * Supervise and mentor the accounting team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferably certified). * Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting firms or companies. * Proficiency in Contpaq and tax platforms: SAT, IDSE, IMSS, Virtual Desktop, SUA, and INFONAVIT. * Advanced Excel skills. * Solid knowledge of financial and tax accounting, social security, and regulatory compliance. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 MXN net per month. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for development. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Half-day on Saturday.
