Position Summary: Develop neighborhood organization to achieve self-management of municipal services and improve quality of life in residential developments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote social awareness and added value of the residential development. **At Ruba, we do not merely build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT** Develop neighborhood organization to achieve self-management of various municipal services in accordance with Customer Service and Community Development (DC) guidelines, thereby enhancing quality of life in residential developments. **Responsibilities:** Foster neighborhood coexistence through an organizational structure for managing basic services within the residential development. Ensure timely response to any emerging needs regarding security and public services (parks, street lighting, road signage, etc.) in residential developments, to guarantee economic and social security for residents. Cultivate social awareness among residents to maintain the added value of their residential development. Attract educational services to residential developments, aiming to enhance the quality of life of our customers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position * Experience managing neighborhood groups * Knowledge of security projects * Familiarity with neighborhood regulations * Strong verbal communication skills * Negotiation skills * Proactive attitude * Professional appearance * Flexible working hours **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Career development and growth opportunities * Training programs
