Results-oriented and decision-making focus **MAS**, a Mexican cargo airline that commenced operations in April 1992 and has since been a benchmark in our country for its innovative processes and modern fleet, seeks to fill the position of: **Crew Control Analyst (Temporary)** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Aeronautical Engineering * Minimum one year of experience in crew control within an aviation company * Intermediate English proficiency * Intermediate Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Prepare self-assessments and reconcile and process payments for the Mexican Airspace Navigation Service (SENEAM). * Monitor validity of crew flight documents; compile and maintain individual crew member files. * Calculate per diems. * Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Operational Safety and Quality Management System, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Generate monthly, semiannual, and annual flight hour reports. * Support daily roster publication and daily operations. **Competencies:** * Analytical * Decision-making * Ability to work under pressure * Negotiation skills * Results-oriented * Proactive * Teamwork If you meet this profile, apply now!
