




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage administrative tasks and provide support for civil construction projects and heavy machinery rental. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an individual with administrative skills to handle various administrative responsibilities within a company specializing in heavy machinery rental and civil construction projects. A candidate with proven administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail is required. Responsibilities: • Control and record of administrative information. • Preparation and updating of reports (Excel, etc.). • Review and tracking of operational reports. • Participation in construction budgeting. • Support in organizing physical and digital documents. • Tracking of pending administrative tasks across departments. • Validation of information for decision-making. • Control and archiving of important documentation. Requirements • Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related field. • 5 years of experience • Skills: Collaboration, Commitment, Efficiency, Team Management, Change Management, Stress Tolerance, Administration, Excel, File Organization. Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 2 PM.
