In a highly competitive industrial environment, it is essential to have trained, up-to-date, and organizationally aligned personnel—consistent with the company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards. Currently, one of the main challenges is ensuring full coverage of training programs and guaranteeing the availability of appropriate instructional resources that facilitate continuous learning for technical staff. A lack of structured and updated materials can directly impact operational efficiency, process safety, and employees’ professional growth. Responsibilities and Projects Provide ongoing training support at the plant for technical staff. Achieve 100% completion of monthly training programs. Research and develop instructional materials to support technical staff development. Support annual training compliance.
